SmartPoint is a provider of marketing research services and as such personal information is collected for the purposes of conducting business. When collecting personal information from you, SmartPoint will explain the purpose of the collection and will answer any questions you may have. Most of your personal information will be collected directly from you through the surveys and other documents you complete and through telephone, face-to-face and web interviews. Some of your information may be collected from other sources such as third party recruitment firms.
We disclose aggregate survey responses to our clients; however, we do not disclose personally identifiable information about you to anyone without your prior written consent (unless required or authorized to so by law).

SmartPoint will take reasonable steps, through contractual or other means, to ensure that suppliers and agents who assist us in providing products and services to you implement reasonable personal information protection standards.

SmartPoint will never knowingly collect information from any individual under the age of 16 years without express, written permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian.
